Miki Agrawal is a self-described serial social entrepreneur. Agrawal is the recipient of numerous awards that recognize her contributions to the world of entrepreneurship. She was awarded the “Disruptive Innovation Award” by the Tribeca Film Festival. In 2017, she was recognized as a “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum. Miki Agrawal was named “Social Entrepreneur of the Year” by the World Technology Summit. She was also listed as one of INC Magazine’s “Most Impressive Women Entrepreneurs of 2016.” She was listed as one of Forbes’ “Top 20 Millennials on a Mission,” and in addition, she appeared on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine in 2016. In addition, Miki is responsible for assisting tens of millions of women with their periods. Miki co-founded THINX (www.shethinx.com), a high-tech, period-proof underwear business. She served as its CEO as it grew to be valued at over $150 million, and came to be named as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2017.

She also helped create Icon, a high-tech pee-proof underwear company that aids women in controlling minor bladder leakage, which afflicts millions of women all over the world.

Miki Agrawal most recently launched TUSHY (www.hellotushy.com), a business that is changing the American toilet category with a contemporary, affordable, designer bidet attachment that improves both human health and hygiene and the environment by reducing excessive toilet paper consumption.

In addition, by partnering with Samagra to provide clean latrines to marginalized communities in India, she and her team are also assisting in the fight against the worldwide sanitation problem.

Miki’s first book, “DO COOL SH*T,” was released by Harper Collins and her second book, “Disrupt-Her: A Manifesto for the Modern Woman,” was released by Hay House. Both of these books are currently on sale in brick-and-mortar bookstores and online.

Identical twin Miki is proud to be the new mother of Hiro Happy. Miki is half-Japanese, half-Indian, an identical twin, a French Canadian, a former professional soccer player, and a graduate of Cornell University.
